Viikingid Tulevad!!

Vikings in Estonia

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or nicer people to spend it with.

Three members of TorVik braved the tourist filled highway to make our way to the Estonian Camp south of Huntsville where we set up a small encampment in clearing in the forest. We had been invited to attend their lecture series which this year focused on Vikings in Estonia. We presented the paper Talis had written on Latvia in the Viking Age and spoke about Viking age re-enactment in an Eastern Baltic context as well as giving a small combat demonstration.
