TorVik is dedicated to learning (through individual and group research) the history, skills and crafts of the Viking age; and to educating and entertaining the public. Through talks on history and culture; workshops on skills and crafts; weapons and combat demonstrations we bring history alive. TorVik has participated in cultural festivals, carnivals, ethnographic presentations and at international weapons training and living history weekends.

We are available for everything from short presentations to encampment and living history demonstrations. We are particularly proud of our battle re-enactments. We have done shows in all seasons, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Winter Carnivals, Boat Races and a host of other kinds of events are our hallmarks.
